Favourite Forensic Pathology And Anthropology Books!!

Posted on

My dream job would be to work full-time in forensic pathology, but as I am a casual with three jobs in pathology including forensics, I just have to dream this will come true.  So I read and study and day-dream about it.  I know this is not a job that most people would want to do, but it is for me the best job ever.  Here are just a few of my favourite forensic and forensic anthropology books, both non-fiction and fiction.

Forensic Pathology books.
I read a lot of different kinds of books, but forensics is my favourite whether it is non-fiction or fiction.  They feed my dream to one day work full-time in forensics, participate in a mass grave exhumation or work in forensic anthropology.  Cheers, Michele

So since Saturday is my 52nd birthday, I thought I would add two more prizes to my giveaway.  I am adding a Beauty Bundle prize, and a Book Bundle prize to the thrifted outfit prize I my going to be giving away.  They will be three separate prizes and I will update what each price contains tomorrow once I have been able to photograph the bundles.  All you have to do is subscribe to my blog and tell me which one or all of the prizes you wish to win.  Then on the 30th of September the entrance period will be over and I will choose the winners.  Even if you ask for more than one prize, you can only win one prize in order to share the prizes fairly.  But good luck to the entrants, just sign up and tell me which prizes you want to be entered to win.  Cheers, Michele

More Favourite Zombie Books!! By Jonathan Maberry!

Posted on

As a big zombie fan and a huge Jonathan Mayberry fan, I of course love hiss Rot and Ruin series of books.  They follow a group of kids through their experiences after the “First Night” of the zombie apocalypse.  They are action filled, funny and very enjoyable…I highly recommend them as a great summer (or really any time) read.

image

The first in the series is Rot and Ruin : Warrior Smart. It is the story of how Benny Imura becomes a zombie hunter, learning everything he needs to know from his brother Tom.

image

The second in the series is Dust and Decay.

image

Dead and Gone is the next book.

image

Then Flesh and Bone.

image

And Tooth and Nail.

image

Then Fire and Ash.

image

And then Bits and Pieces.  Some of these books are so-called filler books between the main 5 books in the series.  They fill in stories about the surrounding characters and just add to the great stories that are in these books.  They add characters in that are found in some of his other book series, so if you are a Jonathan Maberry fan or could be, it makes the stories much more interesting.  I highly recommend them if you are a person who loves zombies or just likes a good read.  I hope you will try them out and enjoy!  Good reading, Michele
