I thrifted these very simple slip-on flats at Value Village a little while ago for $6.99.
They fit great but are just a little blah.
So I decided to spiff them up a bit with some left over scraps of patten faux leather from the A Shoe Refashion Part 1.
Using Liquid stitch glue, I carefully glued the plain strap over the seam on the front of the shoe.
Using sewing pins, I carefully pinned down the ends after trimming them to length. Once they dry, I will remove the pins, and Ta da, another pair of up cycled, refashioned shoes. Hope you like this extremely simple and not very exciting refashion, Cheers, Michele
